The Distillery District skyline is officially changing. As of June 2026, No. 31 Condos has officially topped off at its full 46-storey height, marking a significant milestone for the Lanterra Developments and Westdale Properties project. Located at 31 Parliament Street, the 153.63-metre tower is now entering the final stages of exterior enclosure. Designed by Arquitectonica, the building adds 467 new residential units to the city’s east end. While the neighbouring 32-storey Goode Condos is already complete, No. 31 is currently wrapping its stepped massing in brick-pattern precast cladding and window wall glazing. With the crane still active and finishing touches underway on the mechanical penthouse, the project represents a major densification effort near the Union Station Rail Corridor.
