South Forest Hill Residences: Construction Reaches New Heights

Progress is accelerating at the South Forest Hill Residences, as the dual-tower development at 63-91 Montclair Avenue nears completion. Designed by Arcadis for Parallax Investment Corporation and Westdale Properties, the project has officially topped off, with both towers now standing at 20 and 21 storeys.

Construction began in November 2023, and the site has undergone a significant transformation over the last two years. The development features a six-storey podium that links the two towers, which will ultimately bring 463 new condominium units to the Forest Hill neighbourhood. Standing at heights of 74.8m and 77.75m, the project is now largely enclosed with cladding and window wall installation in the final stages. This development marks a significant addition to the area’s residential density.
