A major wave of intensification is heading to East York. Park Property Management has filed an application to replace two existing six-storey rental buildings at 2 and 4 Milepost Place with three new towers reaching up to 49 storeys. Designed by Core Architects, the project proposes 1,300 purpose-built rental units, including 159 replacement units for current residents. <\/p>\n

Located just 250 metres from the future Ontario Line 3 Thorncliffe Park station, this development is a cornerstone of the area\u2019s broader Transit-Oriented Community strategy. The site will feature a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom suites, supported by 4,550m\u00b2 of combined indoor and outdoor amenity space and significant improvements to local pedestrian connectivity to Leaside Park.
