As commercial real estate dynamics shift across the Greater Toronto Area, the United Way Greater Toronto (UWGT) is taking bold action to protect the social infrastructure that keeps our communities running. A new $2.2 million injection of capital funding is supporting 14 critical projects across Toronto, Peel, and York Regions. This initiative is designed to combat the rising threat of displacement, as 65% of non-profit service providers currently face the precarious reality of commercial leasing.
