Exciting changes are on the horizon for Toronto’s Exhibition Place! A revised proposal has been submitted for the second phase of Hotel X, dubbed Exhibition Hotel + Venue. The plan includes a 32-story hotel tower boasting 370 units and a state-of-the-art, 5,500-seat performance venue. <\/p>\n

The development, designed by Populous for Harlo Capital and Exhibition Place, aims to enhance the public realm with a sunken plaza, pedestrian connections, and an archaeological overlook. This project follows previous iterations that considered a larger esports arena, now scaled down to focus on a broader range of events.<\/p>\n

The site, located at 125 Princes\u2019 Boulevard (2 Strachan Avenue), is strategically positioned near the future Ontario Line 3 interchange, promising enhanced accessibility.
