A new 24-storey rental tower is proposed for Mississauga, near Sheridan Centre, adding density to an existing apartment complex. Starlight Investments plans to build the tower at 1980 Fowler Drive, designed by Core Architects. The project aims to introduce 285 purpose-built rental units while retaining the site’s existing two 14-storey apartment buildings, bringing the total to 617 units on the property.
The development will feature a four-story podium and rise to a height of 87.3m, with a 900m² tower floor-plate. Residents will have access to over 1,738m² of indoor and outdoor amenity space. The building will include 272 vehicle parking spaces and 186 bicycle parking spots. Located conveniently near transit options, including MiWay routes and connections to the University of Toronto Mississauga campus and Clarkson GO station.
