The Residences at Central Park in North York experienced a landmark year in 2025. Phase 1 of this ambitious Amexon Development, designed by Core Architects, sold out ahead of schedule and topped off at 31 storeys. The 12-acre master-planned community at Leslie and Sheppard is reshaping Bayview Village with its five towers. Construction of Phase 2 is also underway, with garage forming in progress. When complete, the development will offer 1,478 residential suites and a 3-acre Central Park Common. Every parking stall will have EV charging, and pedestrian pathways will connect residents to the East Don trail system.
