Hazelview Investments is adding a significant rental project to Toronto’s West End with Station House, part of the Bloor Crossing master-planned community. This development, located steps from Dufferin subway station, will feature over 1,000 rental homes across three buildings. The project focuses on creating a pedestrian-friendly neighbourhood with the introduction of Assembly Lane, a retail-lined pedestrian route, and a new City-owned park. Station House aims to appeal to renters seeking urban living with convenient access to transit and local amenities in the Bloordale Village and Dufferin Grove area.
Station I, a 12-storey mid-rise, will offer 284 rental suites with pre-leasing planned for Spring 2026. Station II will feature towers of 34 and 38 storeys with 856 rental suites, with occupancy scheduled to begin in Summer 2026.
