2400 Dundas West: Phased Tower Plan Advances in West Bend

A major development is taking shape in Toronto’s West Bend neighbourhood. Fora Developments has submitted a Phase 1 Site Plan Approval application for their ambitious three-tower project at 2400 Dundas Street West, following zoning approval in 2024. The development, designed by Rafael + Bigauskas Architects, will bring 1,193 purpose-built rental units to the area. Phase 1 features a 37-storey tower, with subsequent phases including 25 and 42-storey towers.

The project boasts a mix of unit sizes, including studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and three-bedroom units, with a commitment to 67 affordable rental units. The development also emphasizes public space, with plans for a 1,043m² public park and over 200m² of POPS. Located near Dundas West, Bloor GO, and Union Pearson Express stations, the site offers exceptional transit access. For more detailed information, visit the original article on UrbanToronto.
